Depending on how you use the platform, this may include audio recordings, voice samples, text prompts, videos, generated audio files, and related artifacts. We also collect information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, usage data, timestamps, pages viewed, error logs, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We may additionally receive information from third parties that support our Services, including authentication providers, payment processors, analytics or security vendors, and infrastructure providers.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the Services, including creating and managing accounts, processing Inputs and generating Outputs at your request, providing customer support, and administering subscriptions and access controls.

Sonolabs does not use your Inputs, Outputs, or usage data to train, fine-tune, or improve Sonolabs' own artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
